Can Positive Thinking Create Negative Thoughts? (Part II)

We feel our best, are most energetic, productive, and loving when we are emotionally balanced. Emotional balance means positive and negative emotions in proper proportion. Seen this way there is really no “negative” emotion, only imbalance in number and intensity between what we call negative and positive. It is somehow vital that we not only recognize negative thought but accept it as a dynamic component of emotional health. Generally we wage war on negative emotions or we run away from them. Rarely do we accept them for what they are, a natural expression of healthy, balanced living. That is because we are swayed by those very negative and positive emotions themselves.

Emotional balance can be restored by stepping outside the mind, the container for thoughts and emotions, for a dispassionate view of its inner workings. This is not something strange or foreign. It is natural and simple once you know how. When my father died I felt a profound and deep sadness. During that time I did Quantum Entrainment , stepped outside my mind and then peered back in through Eufeeling, a place of peace and acceptance. I still felt great sadness but without suffering. In my Eufeeling awareness I experienced sadness, grief, inner peace, and complete acceptance overlaid by a sense of perfect harmony. I was strangely complete.

Nothing in our lives, including ourselves is all good or all bad. Negativity is as much a part of being human as is positivity. We dare not deny negativity. To do so is to deny a vital part of our Self. Nor should we imagine ourselves to be something we are not. This is also a form of denial. Oddly enough, trying to accept ourselves as we are doesn’t work either unless you know who you truly are. Fortunately the perception of your inner Self, Eufeeling is open and easy to achieve. Awareness of Eufeeling brings with it the realization of your own divinity and balances it with what is earthly within you. From the vantage point of Eufeeling you live 200% of life; one hundred percent inner and one hundred percent outer. Denying nothing, accepting all as it is, you now know what it is to be fully human.
