A few weeks ago at work I called in to see my boss on my way out. To my surprise her arm was in plaster. She had fallen and broken her wrist (a clean break in her radius and smashed her ulna).
I offered to help. She knows I “do healing” but was a little scared (not to mention skeptical). Her pain level was at 10. I spent about two minutes with her and told her the pain would probably start to dissipate in 20 minutes or so, and that the healing of the bones should be accelerated. Then I left.
On my way in the next morning, I passed the desk of the lady transport manager who said “Ooh, it’s Doctor Cal.” Somewhat bemused I asked her what she was talking about.
Apparently, 20 minutes after I’d left the previous day, my boss’ pain had disappeared and she’d gone downstairs to tell all the girls in the office what had happened. I now have my own “healing room” at work.
