A QE Healing Session is a private session devoted to deep rest and nervous system regulation.
The session begins with a brief discussion (approximately 15 minutes) to clarify your concerns, followed by a 30-minute QE healing experience. During this time you simply relax while Dr. Kinslow facilitates a state of stillness that supports the body’s natural self-regulating capacity.
No effort is required. There is nothing to learn or perform. The session allows the body and mind to release tension and return toward balance.
Many participants describe QE healing as deeply calming and restorative, with benefits that continue unfolding after the session.
