For several months, I had been practicing a procedure very similar to QE Spacing, which was taught by Jiddu Krishnamurti—he describes it as ‘watching a problem until it dissolves.’ Now with QE Spacing, I can let it dissolve by myself as my action. This works very rapidly and helps me not stick to the problem for longer than necessary.
QE Spacing has improved my QE practice intensely. There is really a difference now. In normal QE, Eufeeling may slip away after a while, and there is the possibility for thoughts to come back because the mind gets bored. In QE Spacing, it’s easier to ‘stay tuned’ by focusing your attention on the perception of any sensation and through mindful dreaming, which is fun.”
