If you are a gym junky (as I am) or like to stay fit, then this is DEFINITELY for you! I have used this for the past couple of weeks in the gym and here are some of the things it has done for me: Increased my endurance 10 fold, I am no longer sore after my workouts, I have increased energy, my muscles repair so fast its almost hard to believe, which results in VISIBLE gains that would have normally taken me WEEKS to attain!
