Two days ago, I heard Frank for the first time being interviewed on Hay House Radio. I loved the ease with which his pointers helped me become aware—as if he pointed the way and, lo and behold, there I was!
Yesterday, I learned QE from one of the archived shows. Again, I couldn’t believe the ease of reconnecting with my Being, my Self, my Eufeeling. This non-technique is by far the simplest, lightest, easiest, freest way I have come across to reconnect with my true being.
I had actually had glimpses of it over the years, since it is our natural state, yet when I was there, I didn’t realize it was what I was seeking. Thank you for bringing such clarity!
Now the words of Jesus keep playing in my head: ‘Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven…’ Thank you for helping me live and experience those words.
