The Kinslow Happiness Technique

I had frequent negative thoughts and fears. I used to try to “neutralize” them. It felt like there was a constant battle in my mind.  With the Kinslow Happiness Technique I found immediate efficiency, as no other system.  KHT solved my problem immediately, the very first time I used it. But it spread outside the moment I used the techniques, in my everyday life. It was a gradual process with definite progress when I practiced in a more consistent way.  Over time, my mind has become very peaceful, neutral, and often without any thought when it is not needed. I’m free of the turmoil and I feel good. It’s a great relief. I have fewer negative thoughts and I just notice them when they pass by, as I give them no more importance.
