While continuing my personal sessions in the morning and evening, I’ve also been enjoying practicing whatever QE technique feels right during the day whenever the opportunity arises. Recently, I’ve started attending The Art of Eustillness webinar. Among all the courses I’ve taken so far, this one makes me feel especially drawn to approach it slowly and mindfully. I clearly sense that stillness and balance have become a more natural part of my daily life. In my work, I find myself less affected by pressure or anxiety when facing challenges or problems. Instead, my focus naturally turns toward taking action or doing what I can in the present moment.
At home as well, I’m now able to remain calm even in situations that would have previously triggered emotional reactions. And even when I do momentarily get emotional, I no longer dwell in it—I’m able to recover very quickly.
